| GOLF PRO JOINS TEAM AT CITY GOLF COURSE |

Richard Glenn, PGA Qualified Golf Professional has joined the Coventry Sports Trust team and will be offering golf tuition for all ages, groups and abilities at Brandon Wood Golf Course.
Graduating from Birmingham University in 2006 with a BA in Applied Golf Management, he studied modules which included Sports Science, Golf Psychology and Event Management.
He will be offering Introduction to Golf Sessions for Complete Novices and Improvement Plans for golfers who have some experience.
School groups will also be able to take advantage of Richard’s skills as he can visit schools to teach as well as teaching at the golf course.
No expensive outlay need to be made as all equipment needed can be provided.
Richard said ‘I am very excited at joining the team of such a prestigious golf course as Brandon Wood.”
“It will give me a great opportunity to develop a quality golf coaching programme which will especially benefit the young people of Coventry.”
“I will be offering quality golf coaching on all aspects of the game, long games on the Driving Range and short games on the Practice Greens and Bunkers.”

The course is fully open and there are no restriction on buggies and trollies.
Hole 10 "Turn for Home"
Par 4, 420 Yards, Stroke Index 6
This hole makes a left turn at around 260 yards from the tee and the course then starts to make its way back to the clubhouse. A 260 yard tee shot is required if you want to avoid playing over trees for the second shot. Cutting the corner is out of the question for most players.
